Bespoke Training for Graduate and Trainee Recruitment Consultants

They offer a bespoke training program that spans 8 weeks on the full recruitment life cycle: from your first call with a potential candidate to leading client meetings... you learn it all with our in-house trainer. You will also partake in Peer Learning in groups where you can share in each other's successes (and improvements!), and 1-2-1 coaching with your line ​manager and ongoing 1-2-1 ​coaching with one of our top performers.

Progression Paths and Earning Potential for Graduate and Trainee Recruitment Consultants

Every Graduate or Trainee who joins the business will receive a bespoke career development plan. There are a variety of career paths and roles available and we will develop you into an industry expert, a bigger biller, and if it’s right for you, a manager or director. There are even opportunities to relocate globally!

Consultants have at least one progress review a year. Everyone has a pay rise and promotion target in place and knows what they have to do to achieve these targets and progress.

Year 1: Salary £26,000 + £14,000 commission (Total OTE £40,000)*

Year 2: Salary £30,000 + £20,000 commission (Total OTE £50,000)*

Year 3: Salary £40,000 + £30,000 commission (Total OTE £70,000)*

Year 4: Salary £55,000 + £45,000 commission (Total OTE £100,000+)*

*This is what consultants achieve on average each year, however, you are not limited to this. We have case studies where people have earned £90,000+ in their second year!

Who are we looking to hire for our Graduate and Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles?

The good news is that you need no prior experience, and all training will be provided. We are looking for people who have a track record of working hard, working well with people and who are career driven. You should fulfil at least three of our criteria:

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree or higher from a leading UK university (ideally top 40)
• Excelled in an extracurricular activity (preferably sports or something else competitive)
• A naturally confident person with strong communication skills
• Goal oriented and have tenacity to achieve your goals
• Worked part-time whilst studying
• Worked in sales or customer service roles
