About the Role

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Lead Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on technology and SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for driving the creation and execution of all visual aspects of our brand with an additional focus on product UI, working closely across the Marketing and Product teams. What you’ll be doing

  • Evolve, expand, and maintain the inforcer brand to increase our reputation and recognition among our target customer base
  • Design and update digital and printed brand and marketing materials
  • Translate business goals into visually compelling layouts and user experiences
  • Ensure consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering team to develop the UI and UX of the inforcer product to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Collaborate with the wider inforcer team to deliver creative solutions for a variety of marketing solutions including print, digital and events ensuring these are visually appealing
  • Handle multiple campaigns and balance the demands of various projects
  • Support in the creation of promotional material and merchandise that can be used at events
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote inforcer's products and services
  • Create content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, events and more

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 5+ years of relevant brand design experience in technical and product-driven companies or agency (Ideally a SaaS or technology startup)
  • Proved experience in developing and building company brands
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar product design tools
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of designing for a variety of marketing channels including web design, event collateral, stand design, social media, and content creation
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, create new processes, and work on multiple and varied projects and tasks simultaneously
  • People and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outcomes
  • Degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • UI and UX design experience ideally in the SaaS industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Exceptional team player who builds open and supportive relationships
