We are seeking Trainee or experienced Consultants to join our growing organisation. You will be responsible for finding, attracting and engaging candidates for senior roles that are being managed by our Partners and Consultants. The key purpose of the role is to source and qualify leads that will meet strict search criteria in a highly competitive, talent scarce market. To be successful, you will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and its niche talent pool.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Source, attract and retain talent for a range of mid-senior roles in Finance, Investment Management & Accounting
  • Thorough market mapping, to ensure clients receive excellent quality shortlists
  • Qualify and engage with candidates throughout the process, providing a thorough overview of the role
  • Keep Consultants regularly up to date on projects, and produce high quality written shortlists for job mandates
  • Stay up to date with trends in the sector, and share such findings with colleagues across the business
  • Ensure that all candidate Information and market intelligence is captured and accurately recorded on our CRM system.
  • Manage both client and candidate needs and expectations throughout the process
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market
  • Manage social media platform content and thought leadership articles on behalf of senior partners and clients


To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to think laterally and creatively to deliver positive outcomes
  • Exemplary analytical skills, able to collect and articulate information at pace
  • The ability and confidence to use your judgement to provide insight and inform decision making
  • Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks across a range of projects


Whilst not essential, the following is desirable:

  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Target goal oriented
  • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
