Role: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Onsite Monday- Friday located in the heart of the City of London, near the Barbican and Moorgate areas
Comp: £28-30/hour (+compensated OT)
Are you looking to launch your career in HR? Our client is growing its Recruiting Coordination team and seeks driven, intellectually curious individuals who excel in fast-paced environments. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner with internal recruiters to manage the full-cycle hiring process across multiple business sectors, playing a key role in advancing the hiring workflow and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal recruiters to oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, as well as sell days, with candidates, recruiters, and business teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with business units to gather feedback and determine the next steps for candidates.
- Prepare offer documents and maintain communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Lead recruiting and HR initiatives, including candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey management.
- Support large recruiting events and oversee seasonal internship programs.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
