About the Company: The European School of Economics (ESE) is an international business school that offers a variety of short courses and British degree programs across its campuses in Madrid, Milan, Rome, Florence, and London. ESE is dedicated to providing a holistic education that combines rigorous academic training with practical, real-world experience.


About the Role: ESE is a School with a strong philosophy and the depiction of its unconventional approach to education will play a pivotal role in attracting and enrolling high-caliber students. Our interns will utilize ESE's robust branding material and vast library of images, logos and licensed photographs to create and publish ads that will reach prospective students locally, nationally, and internationally. The role demands a dynamic and goal-oriented professional who is able to work within an established brand but who is not afraid to share a new perspective and ideas in order to enhance the institution's visibility in the competitive landscape of international business education.


Responsibilities: our intern's duties will vary from time to time but usually include the following

  • Create, edit, and arrange for the production of brochures, flyers and other printed material from existing templates.
  • Redesign illustrative course materials
  • Record and edit student testimonials
  • Design and publish event announcements
  • Post and maintain a log of social media activities


Key Competencies:


  • Graphic design and publishing - Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign - 3D not required but it's a plus
  • Film editing and reels eventually for posting on social media and YouTube
  • Well-developed eye for colour and compositional balance
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve targeted goals within a set timeline.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to communicating the school ethos and experience to a rich and diverse cohort of prospective students
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds and international job markets.
  • Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
