The Role

To provide ongoing support to the Oracle Cloud fusion application include Production support and ongoing continuous improvement enhancement support

Key responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Oracle Fusion HCM maintenance team
• Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
• Work with relevant HR teams
• Work with Senior Business Users in clarifying requirements / design specifications

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.
• Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, PBL.
• Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics etc.)
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release Management
• Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud (UK Payroll) - Payroll processing
• Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred
• Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Good communication and Analytical skills, Strong Team Player, Flexible attitude are desirable.
• Expertise in working with Visio and MS Word

Good to have:

• Oracle Integration Cloud Knowledge.
