Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

• Sourcing the best candidates through job adverts and headhunting
• Qualifying candidates, arranging interviews with clients and preparing candidates for their interviews.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence.
• Negotiating terms of business with new clients and completing placements.
• Building a network within a chosen market and making a name for yourself!

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - On Target Earnings:

1st year £40k-£50k (OTE)

2nd year £50k-£80k (OTE)

3rd year £80k-£100k+ (OTE)

Candidate requirements!

• 2:1 or above from a top 50 university OR 6+ months experience in B2B sales
• Confident, ambitious, driven – you know what you want and work hard to get it!
• Motivation and work ethic – recruitment can be tough!
• Passionate about something extracurricular e.g. Sports, Music
• A people person! After all, this job involves dealing with people everyday!
