Here at the Watches of Switzerland Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Foundation Manager to join our People Team.


Caring for our communities is a central pillar of our company purpose and our approach is anchored in our partnerships with long-standing charitable partnerships which enable us to work together to create change.


Following the formation of the Watches of Switzerland Group Foundation as a registered charity in 2021, it has become necessary to create a role to fully dedicate to the development and promotion of this important work.


As well as managing the work of the foundation, this work will also lead other charitable activities for the Group including organising colleagues volunteering hours and the delivery and promotion of fundraising activities.


You will be target-driven, with outstanding account and project management skill and experience, solid implementation skills, and outstanding stakeholder management skills. You will have strong written and oral communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with partners, supporters, colleagues, trustees and volunteers. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, exceptional stewardship skills, and can proactively seek out new opportunities, with initiative, tenacity and creativity, and make a meaningful contribution to our international foundation.


About You

  • Experience working win the voluntary and community sector
  • Experience of designing and managing projects and initiatives
  • Sound understanding of funding issues affecting the voluntary sector
  • Excellent oral communication skills to manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the charitable, public, and corporate sectors
  • Experience of contributing to the development of policies and procedures in respect of grants and grantmaking and a sound corporate governance framework
  • Connects with and understands the drivers of philanthropy
