• Learn about the FinTech market
• Understand our clients and their hiring preferences
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to source top talent
• Build a network of candidates and gain valuable market insights
• Help your colleagues fill jobs received from their clients by finding them the ideal candidate
