We are looking for a high-performing and self-motivated HR Graduate to join our People Team.
What does the role involve?
The role covers the entire remit of HR from talent acquisition and development, through employee relations and partnering with the business. The right candidate will quickly get hands on involved in a wide range of People projects and programmes.
Specifically the role will support with:
- Attracting, assessing and hiring talent.
- Designing and implementing learning and development programmes.
- Analysing HR metrics, tracking performance and helping make informed decisions based on data insights.
- The onboarding of new employees.
- Payroll processing and employee benefit administration.
- The design and implementation of our community and charity initiatives.
- Planning and creating of our internal company communications.
- Developing our ED&I programme.
- Ad-hoc projects in line with our People Plan.
- General administrative support.
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a willingness to help others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- Degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business, Psychology or similar. A focus on HR, would be preferred.
- Previous work experience in an HR environment would be advantageous.
