RS Integrated Supply are market leader in the provision of Integrated Stores and Supply Chain Management Solutions for Blue Chip Companies in the UK and Europe. We are looking for a driven individual to join the Continuous Improvement team as a Compliance Executive.

As a Junior Compliance Executive you will be required to conduct Operational Excellence Assessments (Internal audits) to all key areas of the business, predominantly the 100+ manufacturing stores based on client sites across the UK, Ireland & Europe, to support the Business Compliance Manager in external audits for ISO 9001 & 14001, To support the Business Compliance Manager with Risk assessments, Accident investigations, & Target Zero Campaigns.

As a Junior Compliance Executive you will be required to:

• Undertake Operational Excellence (OpEx) assessments and to produce a report of activities, findings, and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure all stores and functions achieve Gold or Platinum status for their OpEx.
• Delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for OpEx completion/schedule, OpEx reporting, & OpEx distribution
• Achieve agreed timeframes for risk assessment and method statement completion
• Achieve SLAs for distribution and reporting of Safety, Health, and Environmental Training
• Maintaining ISO standards and supporting documentation.
• Support with OpEx development and maturity
• Mentoring and developing stores envoys and office functions to deliver Gold or Platinum status for their Operational Excellence Assessments.
• Promotion of Health & Safety in the workplace always and encourage best practice.
• Analysing trends in Operational Excellence performance
• Support with business reporting
• Support Business Compliance Manager with management of health and safety training via learning platform

The successful Compliance Executive will have:

• Auditing experience at graduate or entry level
• Access to own car & full UK driving licence
• ISO qualification
• Good Communication skills
• Environment, Health & Safety background at graduate or entry level
• IOSH & NEBOSH (Desirable but can be put through training)
