About the role:
Management and coordination of customer recruitment processes, ensuring appropriate data and systems accuracy; working alongside the recruitment partner/requisition fulfilment function to ensure all processes ancillary to a customer's recruitment method are compliant and strictly adhered to. You would be working on one of Hays' most established MSP accounts in Cambridge, focusing in the life sciences sector.
What it looks like day to day:
Depending on the nature of the delivery model, the Recruitment Coordinator will perform some or all these tasks as appropriate:
• Input of requisition authorisation by client on to the relevant system.
• Supporting in the extension of workers, managing Good Leaver Bonuses and AWR uplifts.
• Creating sourcing strategies for stake holders.
• Raising of purchase orders.
• On-site inductions for new starters.
• Ensure adherence to Hays and Client recruitment methodology, policies, procedures, and service
delivery standards.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of all recruitment technologies and system
integrity responsibilities.
• Maximise use of recruitment technologies as a primary vacancy management tool and utilise effectively.
• Document all activity accurately and in a timely manner
What you need to be successful:
· Good literacy and numeracy.
· Good professional communication skills; written and verbal.
· Accurate data entry and good level of IT skills.
· Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines.
· Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner.
· Use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
It would be beneficial to have a background or interest in Life Sciences.
