Purpose of the Role:

As the Junior Digital Designer, your primary purpose is to support the creation of engaging, on-brand digital marketing materials across various online platforms. Collaborating closely with the Digital Design and Marketing teams, you will lead initiatives to design and develop digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website content, expanding into areas like maintaining brand consistency and contributing to creative strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website content, and additional online media to captivate the audience.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to turn marketing objectives into clear and effective creative strategies, aiming to boost the brand's online presence and engagement.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels to ensure a unified and recognizable brand identity.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to contribute fresh and innovative ideas for digital marketing strategies.
• Assisting in the organization and management of digital design assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Staying informed about and adapting to new digital design trends and technologies, continually enhancing your design skills and knowledge.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Technical:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices.
• Portfolio showcasing digital design skills.

Additional information: Our Hybrid Work Policy requires a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
