Job Description

We are looking for New Business Administrators to join our growing sales team!


Supporting the growth of our newly opened Coventry City Centre office, we are looking for five experienced administrators to join our team to support the relationship management with our third-party-intermediary partners (brokers). By being an excellent communicator, both over email and over the phone you will work on the administration of our sales pricebook to help deliver new SME customers to the business.


We are looking for individuals who have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable working to targets and deadlines, as well as with numerical data through Excel and our internal systems. You will need a strong eye for detail, and be proactive in your approach to work through incoming sales tenders, liaising with our partners to ensure new business is allocated within company targets and frameworks.


Experience of working in the energy industry is highly desirable for this role but is not essential. If you have previously worked in a customer service role, or sales administration role (particularly those in the utilities sector) we would be excited to hear from you!

Working Pattern

This role is based from our Coventry office, and is Monday to Friday (office based). The hours for the role are 8:30 – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
