Executive Assistant to Chairman and CFO – Join Our Team
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in central London Office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

What you’ll be doing:
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll provide crucial administrative support to the Chairman and CFO, while working from our London office. You'll manage multiple tasks, from scheduling meetings across time zones to preparing reports and presentations. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the executive level, all while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Fast-paced, detail oriented.
- Global diary management including arranging and co-ordinating internal and external meetings over multiple time zones
- Pro-active email management, occasionally responding on behalf of Chairman and CFO
- Making travel arrangements
- Organizing logistics for off-site Executive Meetings and other external meetings and conferences
- Preparation of PowerPoint Presentations
- Preparation of reports (including collation of documentation) and preparation of meeting agendas
- Participation in ad hoc projects and carrying out other duties that may be outside the standard remit
- General administrative tasks
About You
- 3 years + Executive Assistant experience with C-suite executives
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Fluent in English, with excellent grammar and writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe skills are a plus.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
