Python Architect

Role : Python Architect Skills : Core Python(10 years), Data Structures and Algorithms, Django, AI/ML Location : Hyderabad/Chennai Experience : 10-18yrs Job Description : Responsibilities : - Building efficient server-side applications in python (flask, Django, etc.) - Expert in building efficient enterprise grade solutions in Python. - Collaborate and POC with external team to align on technical strategies and overall business objectives. - Peer code review and coaching/mentoring junior team members. - Solve technical challenges by debugging while writing code. - Responsible to manage and support loading data into databases. - Deploying solutions to test environment and elevating the solution to prod environments. - Frequently performing code quality checks and enforce to ensure Industry standards. - Prepare technical, architectural documentation. - Ability to guide in developing prototypes and proof of concepts. - Co-ordinating with Architects, Product Owners/ Business to gather requirements and implementing the solutions. - Identify risks and provide possible solutions to mitigate them. - Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements. - Ability to present to leadership and articulate complex technical scenarios. - Taking ownership of multiple projects and deliveries and coordinating with the team to meet the deadlines. - Building and contributing to technical roadmap and strategy for the team. - Driving continuous improvement in development process and tools to enhance overall efficiency and quality. Qualifications : - 12 Years (15 preferred) of expertise in Software development and 5 to 6 years' experience in python - Excellent knowledge and at least 4 years' experience in Algorithmic coding, Design thinking and fundamental Data structures - At least 6 years of experience in build enterprise solutions - 8 years in rest web services - 8 years of experience in SQL/NoSQL and solid understanding/exposure to database management - 3 years of experience in GCP or any other cloud platform - Ability to quickly produce prototypes and proof of concepts. - Ability to present to leadership and articulate complex technical scenarios. - Experience and willingness to mentor other engineers and help develop their skills and leadership. - Ability to quickly produce prototypes and proof of concepts. - Ability to present to leadership and articulate complex technical scenarios. - Strong understanding of web services Mandatory Pre-screening Questionnaire : - Communication skill of the candidate (which includes articulation skills, pronunciation etc.) On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest) - Global project delivery exposure of the candidate - USA projects, UK etc. on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest) - In previous experiences, whether candidate's role is an IC/Team contributor? - Ability to work in multiple projects at the same time (whether the CV reflects the same)? - Experience with project management tools/version control systems/ Agile development model (List the tools and the resource's expertise level) E.g.: Project Management Tools : Agile - 6 years JIRA - 1.6 years Kanban - 6 months E.g. : Version Control Systems : Git - 4 years TFS - 4 years Self-evaluation of the candidate with respect to his/her technical expertise on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest) Hybrid Model (2 to 3 days per week) WFO - Should be YES Relocation confirmation for those outside CHN/HYD - Should be willing to relocate Willing to work in 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Shifts - Should be YES (ref:hirist.tech)
