Our client is a Bar/Grill. Candidates who have an interest in vehicles and motorcycles would be beneficial Minimum Experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Stable employment history that can be verified. Proven track record in restaurant management. Experience and knowledge of regulations regarding health inspectors, liquor licenses, and other legal industry requirements. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous. Must reside nearby. Experience in kitchen operations and food meal and menu preparation. Strong management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff.
