HR BUSINESS PARTNER/SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR - MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY BENONI BASED R590 CTC PER ANNUM Senior role - relevant degree / Diploma in HR essential Must have stable work history within the MANUFACTURING workplace Advanced exp[erience in SDF - will be appointed as the registered SDF for the company - tracking and compilation of all related skills development legislative requirements, SD Plans, annual training reports, learnerships, apprenticeships, bursaries etc Manage all BBBEE and EE related infprmation and sraristics Handle recruitment lifestyle, onboarding, terminations Sound IR skills - attend to grievances and ensure timeous legal resolutions Extensive knowledge of SKILLS DEVELOPMENT legislation and compliance requirements (Extensive knowledge of SETA's / MQA and BBBEE) Sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures, skills audits Compilation and submission of Workplace Skills Plan to MQA, manage the annual BBBEE verification process, HR quality audits
