What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and enhancement of digital communication channels, including the Academy website and social media.


• Manage website updates and drive technical improvements to boost user experience.


• Execute exciting communication strategies and offer expert advice on all things digital.


• Dive into analytics! Track performance, uncover insights, and recommend game-changing improvements.


• Train and empower teams with digital best practices to stay ahead of the curve.


• Bring your organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities with ease.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced communications or marketing role within a large organisation.


• Expertise in digital channels, CMS, social media, and marketing automation tools.


• Analytical chops - you know how to use metrics to boost content effectiveness!


• A deep understanding of digital trends, usability, and accessibility standards.


• A knack for building team capability through training and expert recommendations.


• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
