We are looking for a talented project manager with a passion for entertainment and brands to join our busy Paramount Brand Studio team.
This is a permanent full time role based in SYDNEY.

As the Digital Partnerships Executive you will be responsible for the management and execution of digital sponsorships across Network 10’s ecosystem including 10 Play (BVOD, Live & FAST), social media, competitions, eDM and commercial assets. Reporting to the Digital Advertising Partnerships Lead, you will manage campaigns from start to finish including contributing to the strategy and brief response, content planning, design briefs, stakeholder approvals, client meetings, ongoing tracking and reporting.
You will work across exciting programming such as MasterChef, Australian Survivor, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and Sports, as well as News, Comedy and brand-funded shows.

More specifically, you’ll be:

Working closely with Paramount’s social, digital, sales, adops, production and technology teams, as well as production companies and third-party vendors to flawlessly execute sponsorship campaigns
Managing multiple assets, deadlines, stakeholders and approvals across an evolving schedule of activity
Maintaining first class client communications and liaising with partners on regular WIPs
Building and publishing sponsored content using Wordpress and other programs
Constantly tracking, optimising and reporting on activity where required, including comprehensive post campaign reports
Contributing to brief responses and other market collateral
Helping drive innovation via participation in brainstorms, research and case studies to ideate new sponsorship opportunities


What are we looking for?

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in media publisher or agency
Proven skills in project management including planning and organisation, attention to detail, time management and problem solving
A proactive all-rounder with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine collaborative approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to analyse statistics to extract meaningful insights using benchmark comparisons
