We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our Melbourne Permanent team reporting to the General Manager, Victoria / WA. Given our rich history which includes our partnership with Programmed under the ownership of PERSOL Holdings Co. Ltd. you get the strength and support of an organisation that has successfully been delivering superior results and seamless experiences for our partners across Asia Pacific for decades.



Based in our Collins Street office, this opportunity suits a recruitment professional who is looking to take the next step forward in their career to grow together with our business.


The successful applicant will possess and have a passion for the following:



  • Experience in managing high performing permanent recruitment consultants

  • A proven history of delivering exceptional levels of customer service

  • High energy, professionalism, engaging - presence with a people first approach

  • Strong sales leadership background - ability to engage with c-suite customers and decision makers in all industries including banking, financial services, consulting, corporate

  • Willingness to be the face of our business including networking events and a social media presence

  • Business acumen with the ability to strategically plan and execute

  • Exceptional people leader skills

  • Strong networks in Melbourne (desirable)

  • The ability to lead our 'Work and Smile' vision
