The Role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will assist in connecting clients with outstanding talent. You will support the recruitment process from start to finish, helping businesses grow while guiding candidates toward their next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.


• Candidate Sourcing: Help identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.


• Screening & Interviews: Support the interview process by conducting initial screenings and assessments.


• Matchmaking: Collaborate with senior consultants to present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate interviews.


• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to clients and candidates.


• Team Support: Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline processes and ensure a positive experience for all.
