What you'll be doing This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of Australia's largest health system by joining the statewide workforce pool known as ‘CRU’, the Central Resource Unit (CRU)
We are looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to provide a high-quality speech pathology service to patients/clients and their carers to ensure optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment and intervention in a multidisciplinary setting. The speech pathologist is also responsible for undertaking designated non-clinical tasks to support service delivery including clinical supervision, quality improvement activities and administrative tasks.

Where you'll be working The CRU Speech Pathologist workforce will be deployed to locations across NSW Health from anywhere between two and thirteen weeks to support short-term staffing needs. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of health settings when on deployment.

Targeted questions:
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent and eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Detail your advanced clinical knowledge and experience in a relevant clinical setting/caseload
- Provide examples of high quality communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with proven ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Current drivers’ licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW which will include overnight stays in regional/remote areas. These deployments will make up the majority of your time in the position
