Quality Assurance Associate

Our client, a leading research-based FMCG company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, ideal for recent graduates in Science or Engineering who are Australian residents or have full work rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual, chemical, and physical laboratory testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)


• Perform routine analysis and testing to verify process conditions and generate data for statistical analysis


• Analyze data, identify trends, draw insights, and communicate results to key stakeholders


• Conduct critical process audits using structured audit checklists


• Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform internal audits on key operational processes

Requirements:

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently after training


• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment under pressure


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
