• Involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process
• Analyse industry trends and market conditions to identify strategic opportunities for clients
• Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentations, project documents and materials for client meetings
• Provide company valuations with a focus on the SME segment
• Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Motivation to work with and experience in small to mid-sized companies
• At Analyst level: internships in consulting or M&A from banks or transaction advisory firms, such as Big4
• At Associate level: initial experience with a focus on M&A at an investment bank
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious approach that aligns with the team culture
• Native-level German and fluent English skills are required
