Graduate recruiter - £20,000 - £24,000 + Commission (first year OTE £30,000 - £40,000) & Travel Incentives

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bedford. This role is crucial to our mission to become the No. 1 recruitment business in our sector. While previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

We aim to support your development in business skills and relationship building within a niche sector and focused regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and international networking events.
• Screen candidates, advise on suitable roles, and guide them through the entire process.
• Network and headhunt passive candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches across internal and external databases.
• Showcase clients' projects, career prospects, and brand to potential candidates.
• Persuade and guide candidates through the application process.
• Handle screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Craft candidate profiles, reports, and job descriptions.
• Deliver top-notch service to candidates.
• Organize feedback, interviews, and provide CV support efficiently.
• Utilize best practices to ensure smooth processes and high satisfaction for candidates and clients.
• Manage and update profiles on recruitment software.
• Collaborate within a team, offering insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Receive 1-to-1 training and mentorship with fast development opportunities.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Highly motivated personality with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Multilingual in English and German or French is a major benefit, though not essential.
