Court of Protection Solicitor

Due to continued growth within a leading firm based in Tameside's Court of Protection team, this firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx.

The firm is commercially minded and have well respected reputation with clients and the wider community. We are looking to appoint a candidate that is able to work as a Grade B Fee Earner.

In this role you will be involved in managing a caseload with support from the paralegals in this team. Ideally you will be willing to assist the Team Leader in supervising junior members of the team and be involved in the development and marketing of the team.

There is scope for progression within this team to the next level as the firm is known to promote from within. This position would be based full-time in the office.
