We are looking for a full-time Account Specialist to support our sales and sales operations team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. An Account Specialist responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, answering customers’ inquiries via telephone and e-mail, entering customer orders on a regular basis and making outbound calls to business-to-business clients

Inside Sales Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Make high volumes of outbound calls to business-to-business clients and emails to engage with potential customers

• Process customer orders received in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy - Be a consultative expert in all aspects of cups and lids including which substrate (foam, plastic, paper) to use under various circumstances

• Prospecting potential customers and regaining lost customers

• Coordinate with internal teams including our creative, pricing, procurement, and logistics departments to improve the entire customer experience

• Adhere to documented order fulfillment processes and procedures to ensure customer shipments are made accurately, complete, and on-time

• Stay on top of marketing initiatives of large fuel brand partners to propose new product and collaborative marketing ideas

• Utilize various tools and platforms to identify potential customers

Inside Sales Shift Info

• Day Shift, 8:00 to 5:00

• Monday – Friday

• Willing to work part time on the right person

Inside Sales Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Inside Sales experience preferred

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• GED / High School Diploma

• College degree in any business function is a plus

• Work experience in customer service or account management is a plus - Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word - Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and AV (ERP system) is a plus

• Full-time position, but willing to work with the right candidate if part-time schedule is needed
