Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT and/or Life Sciences Recruiter to join our growing team. As an IT and/or Life Sciences Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to delivering successful placements. Your expertise in specialized recruitment, ability to build strong relationships, and mentoring skills will be essential in driving our growth. Additionally, your drive for financial success and highly compensation-motivated personality will be rewarded through our performance-based incentives.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and senior stakeholders to understand IT or Life Sciences requirements and job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume review, candidate interviews, coordination of technical assessments, and reference checks.
  • Provide guidance and advice to account managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT and/or Life Sciences professionals, industry contacts, and passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to effectively align talent acquisition strategies with organizational needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in all aspects of recruitment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT and/or Life Sciences recruiter.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and/or Life Sciences roles, skills, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber talent.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop junior team members.
  • Highly compensation-motivated personality with a drive for financial success.
