Position Overview:

We are excited to announce multiple openings for Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Roxbury, MA, for the 2024/2025 school year. We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals who are passionate about working with students to promote their functional independence and academic success. This opportunity is flexible and can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students to help improve their academic performance and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the integration of therapeutic strategies into the classroom setting.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student support.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
