Virtual Occupational Therapist Position - ProCare Therapy

Job Title: Virtual Occupational Therapist

Location: Remote (Contract through ProCare Therapy)

Pay Rate: $42-$48/HR

Contract Type: 1099-Contract

Employment Type: Full-Time, Full School Year Contract

Grade Levels: K-12th Grade

Job Description:

ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district in Arizona to hire a skilled Virtual Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, maintaining service logs, and preparing reports. Detailed duties and caseload information will be provided during an interview with the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy services
• Maintain comprehensive service logs and prepare detailed reports
• Utilize the provided toolkit for assessments, testing, and engaging activities

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist License in Arizona
• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Obtain personal Liability Insurance before the start date
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and up-to-date computer

Additional Support:

• Access to a clinical support team throughout the assignment
• Toolkit provided, including assessment tools, testing tools, and interactive games

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Personal Liability Insurance required
• High-speed internet and modern computer necessary
