Job Description
Looking to add the right candidate to the service desk team to assist with L1/L2 tickets. Agents will be assisting with client inquiries regarding status of blood samples, equipment updates, etc. They will be supporting internal and external customers - skills that are needed are multitasking talking and typing. A lot of documentation is required in this role.

1. 1-3 years of customer service experience (troubleshooting/fixing/resolving skillset)

This is a position for someone that takes pride in contributing to the greater good - their work is saving lives. This is a very laid back close-knit team they\'d be joining. This is an opportunity for someone just getting out of college or has a few years of CSR experience looking to jump into IT.
