We are partnering with a leading Health Manufacturer in Charlotte seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal team. In this role, you will assist the Senior IP Paralegal and the General Counsel in contract administration, brand protection and a wide variety of Intellectual Property matters. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and detect illegitimate activity concerning IP misuse
• Draft cease and desist letters for review and assist in gathering advice
• Support all IP litigation efforts - document collection, document production, discovery requests, etc.
• Assist with managing and administering their IP portfolio
• Assist in contract life-cycle management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a law firm and/or in-house legal department focused on Intellectual Property matters
• Proficiency with USPTO search databases, WHOIS searches, social media platforms, and contract management platforms.
• Strong project management skills to develop and manage key processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
