Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will oversee the social media strategy, content creation, and execution for Natura Life + Science’s corporate pages as well as its five house brands. This role is responsible for developing and managing social media campaigns, growing brand presence, and engaging with audiences across various platforms. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.


Key Responsibilities:


- Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for Natura Life + Science and its house brands (Sluggers, Dee Thai, Lola Holistic, Iced, and Spritz) across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.


- Content Creation & Curation:

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and copy that align with each brand’s identity. Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies to produce visually appealing and compelling posts.


- Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and brand storytelling. Ensure each campaign is tailored to the unique voice and goals of the individual brands while maintaining consistency in overall company messaging.


- Community Engagement & Growth:

Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Foster community growth by running initiatives like giveaways, polls, Q&As, and user-generated content.


- Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to improve performance across platforms.


- Brand Voice & Consistency:

Maintain a distinct and cohesive brand voice for each of the house brands while ensuring consistency in messaging across all social media platforms. Align content with broader marketing campaigns and goals.


- Platform & Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage new tools and trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


- Collaboration Across Teams:

Work closely with the Director of Marketing, brand managers, product development, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader company objectives. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless communication across departments.


- Influencer & Partnership Management:

Identify, build relationships, and manage collaborations with social media influencers, brand ambassadors, and key partners to increase reach and drive awareness for Natura’s house brands.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


- 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in the cannabis or consumer goods industry.


- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns.


- Deep understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective best practices.


- Strong creative skills with experience in content creation (writing, graphics, video, etc.).


- Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.


- Ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.


- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and restrictions related to social media marketing.


- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in the cannabis industry and familiarity with its digital marketing limitations and guidelines.


- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager.


- Experience working with influencers and managing social media partnerships.


- Ability to shoot and edit basic video content for social media platforms.


Salary:

- $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary


Supervisory Responsibility:

- This position may have some supervisory responsibilities.


Working Environment:

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Requirements:
