Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
  • Administer and monitor IV infusions as needed
  • Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing with a valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
  • Current and unrestricted Texas state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Have a Valid Texas License and Npi number.
  • Experience with administering and managing IV infusions
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care settings
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Provider will always have access to collaborating Physician.

· Provider will work standard day shifts 9am-5pm

· Provider will join a well-respected team of health professional

· New grads may apply if comfortable working autonomously

· Provider uses medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care
