Position: Print Production Specialist
Shift: Must be available for an 8 hour shift from 7am-3am
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technologically adept Floating Print Production Specialist to oversee all aspects of print production and document management in our fast-paced office environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our print services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various printing equipment (digital printers, copiers, wide-format printers).
- Manage print workflows, prioritize jobs based on deadlines, and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Handle reprographics requests, including copying, scanning, and binding.
- Perform quality checks and collaborate with clients on proofs and adjustments.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and assist with vendor management.
- Keep accurate records of print jobs and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of corporate experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mentality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
