Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Floating Leasing Professional for our portfolio of market-rate communities located throughout the Metro-Denver area! As a Floating Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of our communities, helping prospective residents find their next home. You’ll assist with leasing apartments, providing top-tier customer service, managing lease renewals, and supporting the marketing efforts at multiple properties. In collaboration with on-site property management teams, you’ll work towards achieving community leasing goals and delivering an exceptional resident experience. This role requires flexibility, as you’ll be assigned to various properties across the Metro-Denver area, based on need. This position does not include commissions but offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Working Tuesday through Saturday with a daytime schedule when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
  2. You will make a difference in someone’s life, valuing connections and engaging in meaningful conversations
  3. Answer incoming calls and convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
  4. Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community with energy and enthusiasm that result in new leases
  5. Maintains a strong competitive leasing closing ratio
  6. Ensure successful leasing by facilitating the application process at the end of the tour
  7. Maintain and follow up on traffic in the queue
  8. Assisting site teams in generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
  9. Assist team with distributing resident correspondence and notices while maintaining the privacy of confidential and sensitive information
  10. Ensure the leasing office is clean, orderly, and professionally presentable at all times
  11. Create, store, and maintain residential files, while ensuring strict confidentiality
  12. Accept and document service requests; follow up upon completion
  13. Perform other duties as assigned

Specifically, our Floating Leasing Professional….
  • Brings at least 2 years of residential or commercial leasing experience
  • Prior sales and customer service experience is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute to the teams’ efforts
  • You have an excellent attendance record
  • Capability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Has the willingness to perform varied tasks with a sense of urgency. Able to prioritize tasks, presenting simple solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Has experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar)
  • Prefer experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Café
