Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

As a Full Stack Developer you will : 1. Solve complex problems, from start to finish : - Work with product managers, technical leads, and engineering managers to understand and define product requirements and roadmaps for high-level business and technical problems. - Individually do functional modelling, break-down of a module into tasks and provide accurate estimates. - Participate first-hand in system design and architecture discussions. 2. Build Awesome tech : - Independently come up with low level designs. - Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code with high quality tests and documentation. - Work jointly with other team members to deliver complex challenges. - Understand and use existing systems efficiently, contributing to them where necessary. - Ship high quality products with an eye on scale, reliability, and engineering excellence. 3. See the impact and improve : - Work with broader stakeholders to track the impact of projects/features and proactively iterate to improve them. - Also participate in sprint planning, and help our team get better in execution. 4. Improve the platform : - Come up with best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team. - Drive the adoption of best practices & regularly participate in code reviews, design reviews. - Improve operational excellence of the platform and contribute to on-call responsibilities. As a Full Stack Developer you must : 1. Have 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience : - Have strong analytical, coding, and debugging abilities. - Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, React.js. - Need clear understanding of JavaScript (Must have) or Typescript (Good to have). - Sound understanding of MVC and design patterns. - Excellent grasp of data structures & designing and developing ReST APIs. - Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent.) - Must have knowledge around application bundling (webpack, vite, rollup etc) and web performance optimisation techniques. - Must have at least 3 years' experience in MERN Stack development. - Experience in developing responsive web applications. - Good communication skills. - Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints. - Good grasp of UI / UX concepts. - Should have experience in using Git & VSCode. - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting will be considered positively. 2.
