Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Contractor – Kent/London
A luxury, super prime contractor based in Central London, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on work on the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed building in Sevenoaks, Kent.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside the Project Quantity Surveyor on this development, assisting them with all aspects of the building commercially.
This position would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience within the residential market, who wishes to move into a more high-end model and build on their residential project portfolio.
Future projects for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor include the new build, refurbishment or basement construction on similar super high-end residential schemes, in London or the most sought-after locations in the Home Counties.
The project will be based on site in Sevenoaks, however, trips into the office will be required each month.
