We are looking for a result driven candidate to join our team as a Store Manager and be responsible for overall sales, management and marketing skills of our store. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, meeting sales and profitability goals, managing staff effectively and creating marketing strategies to create new customers. Store managers will also be responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as well as potentially supervising assistant store employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customer’ pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability by creating marketing strategies to create new business via our Digital/Social media pages and other formats.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Inventory
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional groups
• Processing payment and handling transaction
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

• Proven successful experience as a jewelry retail sales manager
• High School diploma and some college degree
• Digital/ Social Media Marketing experience a plus
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
