Primary Care for Psychiatry Department Physician Assistant
Candidate should have an interest in providing primary care to a psychiatric population in inpatient settings.

Our position is for a medical PA to work in Psychiatry providing medical care.

The position is 3 evenings per week (4 pm-12 am) and one weekend day ( 8 am to midnight).

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of an assigned attending Physician, performs diagnostic and therapeutic tasks and renders varied medical services to provide comprehensive patient care within their scope of practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide medical care for our Inpatient Service on evenings and weekends in the Behavioral Health Department.
2. Work closely with our psychiatric residents and attendings to provide medical care to our diverse patient population.
3. Provides medical coverage in CPEP as needed.

Education Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree is required.

Salary: $139,500 - $174,410
