Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Creating a supportive, inclusive environment that helps the student succeed.
Using visual and sensory-based approaches to support engagement and reduce anxiety.
Collaborating with the class teacher and staff to meet the child's EHCP targets.
Documenting and reporting the student's progress to tailor ongoing support.
