Role : Rust Developer : Job Type : Full Time Job Positions : 6 Work Timings : 2 pm -11 pm IST Job Description : - 4 years in software development - 2 years dedicated to Rust, demonstrating a strong command of Rust's capabilities and best practices. - Write efficient and effective Rust code to address complex technical challenges, ensuring high performance and maintainability. - Leverage business insight and analytical skills to extract valuable information from public datasets, integrating data-driven solutions into projects. - Clearly articulate coding logic and rationale in online notebooks or other mediums, fostering transparency and understanding across teams. - Ensure comprehensive documentation to facilitate future maintenance and knowledge sharing. - Apply industry standards for code quality, formatting, and maintainability, with a focus on delivering robust, reliable solutions that align with software development best practices. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems, continuously enhancing code functionality and project outcomes. - Familiarity with prompt engineering, utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline coding tasks while maintaining awareness of their limitations and potential risks. - Strong understanding of software development processes, code quality standards, and best practices, ensuring consistently high-quality deliverables. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders, researchers, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives and requirements. Prompt Engineering & Generative AI Usage : - Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI technologies to expedite coding tasks, while understanding the limitations, risks, and proper applications of these tools.
