Job Description

Role: Senior Technical Lead Job description : - Ready to work in 24-7 Work environment, manage NoC operations and incidents. - Perform second level troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve network related issues. - Heath Check and Maintenance Operations on in scope network elements and infrastructure - Severity 1 to 4 Incident triage, support, management, restoration, recommendations - Root Cause Analysis Support, post incident or event - Work with Major Incident Management team for Major Incident Resolution. - Creation and maintenance of processes and procedures for T2 tasks - Provide Support for network configurations, expansions, installations, and updates. - Maintain and update all network documentation, process configurations. - Interface with all internal and third-party support providers and vendors in the management and resolution of incidents. - Responsible for the process to effectively monitor all services that ensures compliance with Tier model and SLAs. - Ensured efficient resolution of incidents through people, process and technology. - Provide timely, accurate, and effective communication on service impacting events. Work with vendors on issue resolution and communications. - Strong Programming background with expertise in Java/python - Data infrastructure tools landscape e.g cloud service providers, software, system monitoring tools and development environments - Ability to program and guide team members on technical aspects - Ability to craft documents that can explain complex ideas in simple terms in order to build consensus or educate - Knowledge of R or any other Statistical Programming Language is a plus - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Sciences or a related field Qualification : - Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, or a similar field. - VAS platforms namely Mobile Voicemail services, SMSC, SMSCGW ,Tele messaging Services, eSIM, USSD, USSDGW, RBT, CBC, Mobile Device and SIM Homologation, SIM OTA, Device Manager system, Equipment Identity Register (EIR). - The role will require supporting on various VAS products, troubleshooting, and resolving issues through proper procedures round the clock. The responsibilities will also include carrying out routine activities, fault management, change management and other troubleshooting related issues. - Understanding of Telecom VAS Network and knowledge of various telecom protocols and nodes in infrastructure. - Vulnerability closures. Implement various hardening procedures for security prospective. - Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform. - Configuration and troubleshooting of Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.). Exposure to working with various WebServers (Apache, Tomcat, Jboss). (ref:hirist.tech)
