What you'll be doing:
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Pensions experience is essential.
As a Senior Product Manager you will provide leadership to the team of Product Managers and Product Communications Managers with responsibility for delivering continuous improvement across all customer journeys for members, employers, and advisers. Delivers these changes alongside other strategic opportunities in consultation with the Head of Pension Proposition, to deliver better outcomes for our members, whilst driving commercial value for the business.
* Maintains a plan of customer journey reviews so that Product Managers hit key targets and timescales so that their recommendations can feed into the planning process.
* Measurement and reporting of the benefits identified and realised through Product Management activity.
* Development of team templates and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
* Ensures the team delivers consistent and high-quality standards around the core responsibilities: the accuracy and positioning of pension content, impact assessment and scoping of change initiatives, pension product approvals.
What we’re looking for:
* Expertise in documenting and improving customer journeys.
* Deep understanding of customer needs, through direct exposure, research, data and insight.
* A balanced internal and external perspective – important not only to improve and assess how we do things, but also referencing against the competition and non-industry best practice.
* Management experience
