Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role: A minimum Grade 12 is essential for this role. A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a technical field and management is essential for this role. Previous (At least 5 years) experience working in a similar role. Must have a strong understanding of the company's products/services. Must have strong technical aptitude with a knack for troubleshooting. Must have strong communication skills for internal staff /customers. Communication in writing and verbal well presented, in an accurate, concrete, clear, concise, and understandable manner to maximize comprehension of the message. Must be able to manage company expectations. Must be proficient in managing job cards and ensuring timely resolutions. Must have excellent communication skills to train and guide clients.
