Active Recruitment are working with a fantastic mainstream secondary school in Redbridge who are seeking a full-time, permanent teacher of Art who can inspire creativity and engage students through their art lessons. Whether you are an ECT or experienced Teacher, this role you be perfect for you!
Duties and Responsibilities of the Art Teacher:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, creative Art lessons across Key stage 3-5
* Developing and implementing lesson plans that engage students in the creative process
* encouraging experimentation and exploration of different art forms and providing individualised feedback and support to students to help them develop their skills and talents.
* Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, managing supplies and equipment, and keeping accurate records of student progress.
Requirements:
* A full Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS)
* Passion for teaching art and inspiring students.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
