What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in you will take pride in representing our three UK hotels with our vendors
- You will support the Credit Manager, and Accounts Receivable team in overseeing, managing and coordinating billing control activities for The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane, and assist with Coworth Park in order to enable achievement of Business targets.
- You will reconcile a set of accounts on the Hotels debtors ledger and have detailed history of all debtors, in order to promote audit assurance, ensure that the daily influx of guest queries is managed and dealt with as per set departmental standards, manage and collecting debts from company debtors on time, and check credit records for accuracy and contact customers to chase overdue invoices.
