Product copywriter ( 3 month contract )

With Intelligence is currently recruiting a Product Copywriter, This role is a 3 month engagement focused on our product related written content and documentation, this includes ensuring that we have appropriate content in the With platform providing background, explanations and supporting the user journey through product. This also includes i) creating and ii) improving documentation on methodologies, data glossaries and definitions.

The role will also support the product marketing team, providing copy describing our products, including features and capabilities, which will be use to product product marketing collateral such as pitch decks, brochures, website posts and social media content.

Primary focus areas:

Product Content Copy
Ownership of content copy throughout the platform, ensuring that the language we use is consistent, clear, and increases usability. This is part of the product design process as well as reviewing and auditing copy within designs, making sure they confirm to good UX standards and language guidelines.

Product Marketing Copy
Helping create and manage product-related marketing copy for product release updates, marketing collateral and the core With Intelligence website.

Methodology and glossary documents

Take the lead on building out our data dictionary, methodology and glossary documents including tooltip definitions for in-product use. Ensuring that language is clear, consistent and documentation is exhaustive.

Product Ops and Discovery
Additionally, focus on simplifying documentation, improving the readability of PRDs and assisting with any future marketing pipeline collateral or discovery work (such as video scripts of product concepts)

Requirements

• Experienced copywriter from digital products environment
• Background in financial services, alternative assets or digital B2B data products
• Strong communicator able to create clear, user-friendly and concise language
• Creative skills
• Attention to detail
• Good stakeholder management skills
