Job Details
This is an exciting role supporting the Surgical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business’ requirements.
This role requires building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, responding to requests, and ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against agreed KPIs.
Responsibilities will include:
- To undertake replenishment duties in the described manner
- Follow up on late deliveries
- Obtain stock information from manufacturers on a weekly basis
- Follow up on out of stocks
- Review / maintain most up to date customer messaging at all times
- Maintain “lean inventory levels” in accordance with order cycles, departmental- and /or contractual parameters.
- PO line adjustments (ASNs)
- Perform analysis for reporting/performance
You will also manage bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines and support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and or day-to-day activities.

You will need to be customer focused and have strong IT Skills:
MS Outlook- & intermediate excel skills such as Pivot Tables, V-lookups, knowledge of basic excel formulae etc.
A good understanding and knowledge of supply chain / logistics / replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare- or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement. On the job training will be provided as required.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- A background in supply chain, FMCG or Pharmaceuticals would be an advantage
- Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure & prioritise work
- Working knowledge of MS Office e.g Excel, and Outlook
